CarbonWrap® Fabric 450/1200 carbon fabric (bidirectional, 2×2 twill) — 12K yarn
For structures of complex shape and work in confined conditions the manufacturer offers CarbonWrap Fabric 450/1200 — a bidirectional 2×2 twill of 12K carbon yarn with fibres at 0° and 90°. It is part of the CarbonWrap external reinforcement system and, after impregnation with CarbonWrap Resin epoxy saturating resin, is used for restoration, repair, strengthening and seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete, concrete, masonry, steel and timber elements. The fibre strength is at least 4.9 GPa, the elongation at break 1.8 %.
