Polyurethane floors

The thixotropic enamel covers walls, ceilings, structures and products in the same workshops and warehouses where the floor is coated with polyurethane materials. It is self-priming: of the three coats, the first serves as the primer, and the material can be applied by roller, brush, air or airless spraying onto concrete, brick, stone, wood, particleboard and cement-bonded particleboard. Base colour is grey 7040 with tinting to RAL, gloss 45–55 %, adhesion to B25 concrete 2.7 MPa, and work is carried out at temperatures from −30 to +25 °C.

Rollers, brushes; airless spraying (0.011″ nozzle, pressure at least 120 bar), air spraying; 3 coats (the 1st is a priming coat). Relative air humidity not more than 80%, surface moisture not more than 4 wt%, dew point +3°C.
