OS-51-03 Elcon — organosilicate composition for heating network pipelines
For heating networks, Elcon produces OS-51-03 organosilicate composition on silicone varnish with alkyd resin, pigments and fillers. It is applied to the outer surface of pipelines in tunnels, utility collectors, technical crawl spaces, inside and outside buildings. There are versions up to +150 °C and up to +300 °C; the latter has electrical insulating properties — volume resistivity of at least 1·10¹⁴ Ohm·cm and dielectric strength of at least 10 kV/mm.
