Joker M (dry mix) for preparing fire-retardant paint (KrilaK)
Dry mix from which Joker M water-based fire-retardant paint for steel structures with a fire resistance rating of R up to 90 is prepared on site.
Fayreks-700 serves as the adhesive base in structural fire protection: Termal coating, as well as boards and mats, are mounted on this mastic. It is used on air ducts and steel structures, including at NPPs and special facilities, and for thermal insulation of trunk pipelines. It is applied with an AK-500-type unit, brush, roller or spatula; the service temperature range is from −50 to +100 °C. Seismic resistance is 9 points per MRZ, and the service life as part of the coating is at least 15 years.
