KO-198 Khimtek — air-drying organosilicon enamel
Air-drying enamel for steel structures and overhead contact line supports in acid, mineralised and sea water environments, from −60 to +300 °C.
In the Zn-YARFAST® series of zinc-rich primers, this grade is intended to protect steel structures and products in a corrosive environment at elevated temperatures. The base is zinc powder in a solution of epoxy resin in organic solvents; the colour is grey. The primer is used on steel structures and equipment on its own or as part of coating systems. It is manufactured to TU 2312-050-81922626-2020.
