OgneVent®-Bazalt basalt fire protection material
Superfine basalt fibre mats for fire protection of ventilation and smoke exhaust air ducts: from EI60 to EI180.

In the IZOVENT-M system, the steel is protected by VBOR (MBOR) basalt roll material faced with aluminium foil, or with mesh or fabric to order. The mat is laid on a fresh layer of PVK-2002 adhesive compound, the joints are overlapped and the edges are sealed with aluminium tape. Fire protection performance is 45, 90, 120, 150 and 180 minutes, and there is a certificate for testing under load. The coating allows wet cleaning and is recommended for children’s and medical institutions and food enterprises; the service life is at least 20 years.
