This version differs from the basic MBOR in having aluminium foil laminated to one side of the superfine basalt fibre mat. MBOR F is the basis of the ET VENT, ET PROFIL, ET LSTK and ET DREVO systems, so it works on air ducts, steel structures and timber. The material withstands heating up to 700 °C and short-term heating up to 1250 °C. It is supplied in rolls 1500 mm wide and has a declaration of conformity.
