Epoxy floors

The vapour-permeable water-based epoxy compound Epoxy 5W is laid on fresh concrete and in operating production facilities with wet conditions, including food production. It is applied as the top layer over Monopol Epoxy 3W. At +20 °C foot traffic is possible after 12 hours, and full vehicle load is allowed after 7 days. Compressive strength after 7 days is 70 MPa, flexural strength 30 MPa, Taber abrasion 45 mg; the coating is spark-safe. Freezing of the material in storage is not allowed.
