Stabiterm-221 fire protection compound for steel structures (organic-based)
If fire protection of steel structures has to be done in winter, Stabiterm-221 is a good fit: this thick-film one-component compound with an organic binder can be applied in the range from −15 to +40 °C. The coating provides fire protection performance group 1: R150, 90–150 minutes. It is designed for buildings and canopies, and under the open sky it is overcoated with a weather-resistant enamel. It is thinned with xylene and supplied in 17 and 20 kg pails or cans.
