TRIOTERM 3800 — acrylic thermal insulation material
Single-component acrylic thermal insulation material for steel structures — a layer of combined fire protection with TRIOFLAME AK 7700.

TRIOFLAME 6800 is a plaster-type dry mix on an inorganic binder with exfoliated vermiculite. It is applied by wet shotcreting with a plastering machine, or by hand for repairs. Fire resistance ratings of steel structures range from R15 to R240 under both the standard regime (GOST 30247.0) and the hydrocarbon regime (GOST R EN 1363-2). The coating works indoors and outdoors under a canopy, including at chemical and petrochemical facilities; the finish coat is applied after 28 days of strength gain.
