TRIOFLAME AK 7700 — intumescent fire protection coating
Solvent-based intumescent coating for steel structures: up to R150 in a cellulosic fire, application from −10 °C.

The epoxy version of the TRIOFLAME range is designed for harsh conditions — low temperatures, aggressive environments and high humidity, including the Arctic. The coating, based on epoxy resin with an amine-amide hardener, protects steel up to R120 under both standard and hydrocarbon fire regimes and is also used at hazardous production facilities. The surface is prepared to Sa 2½, and the coating is applied by airless spray or by hand at −10…+30 °C. The system includes TRIOCOR MASTIC 4500 primer and, if required, TRIOTERM 3500 thermal insulation and TRIOCOR FINISH 5500 enamel.
