TRIOFLAME 6800 — structural fire protection for steel structures
Vermiculite-based fire protection plaster mix for steel: from R15 to R240 under standard and hydrocarbon fire regimes.

Protecting steel structures against cryogenic spills is the main purpose of TRIOTERM 3500; the material’s operating range is from −60 to +150 °C. This two-component epoxy compound with a thermal conductivity of 0.04 W/m·K is applied by airless spray or trowel at −10…+30 °C. In combined fire protection systems it is applied as a layer together with TRIOFLAME EP 8800 or 8800 for cellulosic and hydrocarbon scenarios; no fire resistance rating of its own is declared. Primer: TRIOCOR MASTIC 4500; finish: TRIOCOR FINISH 5500.
