LEVL PoliCem PU 018 — textured anti-slip PU-cement floor
The anti-slip texture of LEVL PoliCem PU 018 is formed without a sand broadcast: after spreading with a gauge rake or screed box, the surface is rolled with a spiked roller and then a textured foam roller. The highly filled three-component compound is laid over PoliCem PU 05 primer. Compressive strength is at least 45 MPa, flexural 13 MPa; in the thick-layer version the coating withstands freezers down to −45 °C and steam cleaning up to +120 °C. It suits wet rooms in food, pharmaceutical and chemical production.
