LEVL Coat 104 RAPID — fast epoxy primer for polymer floors
Epoxy primer with accelerated curing under LEVL floors: foot traffic after 6 hours, full strength in about 12 hours at +20 °C.

Polymerisation of LEVL Coat 171, 271 and 573 carboacrylate materials is triggered by LEVL Coat 070 catalyst, a white powder based on stabilised dibenzoyl peroxide. It is added to the mix last, after pigments and accelerator, and mixed for 2–3 minutes; the dosage is selected according to temperature as set out in the binder’s technical documentation. The catalyst must be stored at no more than +30 °C and strictly separately from LEVL Coat 075 accelerator: direct contact may cause an explosion. Packaging: 1 and 10 kg.
