LEVL Coat 111 — epoxy impregnation for hardening concrete
Two-component epoxy impregnation for dustproofing and hardening porous mineral substrates; adhesion to concrete over 4.0 MPa.

LEVL Self 12 levelling compound prepares the concrete substrate for industrial polymer and cementitious coatings; it is not a finishing floor. The mix is poured over LEVL Base 200 primer, spread with a squeegee and rolled with a spiked roller, by hand or by machine. At +20 °C it can be walked on after 2–4 hours, and the next coating is laid after 2–3 days. Compressive strength after 28 days is at least 30 MPa, flexural 7 MPa, bond to substrate 1.5 MPa.
