Toppings

For fuel and lubricant stores and explosives stores, as well as other fire and explosion hazard sites, Monopol produces the spark-safe topping TOP 400. It is designed for an increased load regime and prevents sparking; its non-sparking property is confirmed by a test report, and there is a fire safety certificate. Compressive strength at 28 days is at least 70 MPa, abrasion 0.14 g/cm², combustibility category NG. The laying technology is the same as for dry-shake toppings: application onto fresh concrete and machine floating.
