Polyurethane-cement floors

This three-component polyurethane-cement compound flows into a semi-matt coating that withstands continuous heating up to +70 °C and short-term heating up to 150 °C for 2 hours. It is designed for light and moderate intensity of mechanical exposure per SP 29.13330.2011 in workshops, warehouses, car parks, and food and pharmaceutical production. Substrate moisture is not limited, concrete must be at least M350; compressive strength is 56 MPa, flexural strength 20 MPa, foot traffic after 24 hours.

Application methodSubstrate: monolithic concrete, concrete and sand-concrete screeds, grade strength not lower than M350 (B25), new concrete cured for at least 28 days; surface moisture is not limited (there must be no puddles); relative air humidity and dew point are not limited. Preparation: grinding with a terrazzo grinding machine (“000”/“00” segments) or shot blasting; primer Elakor-PTs Grunt (drying at least 24 h at +20°C). Mix only a full kit. Anchor grooves 4-5 mm deep and wide along the perimeter of walls, columns and joints. Spread with a gauge rake with adjustable gap, roll with a spiked roller (not later than 15 min after mixing).
