Concrete floor repair

This coloured epoxy filler in grey close to RAL 7040 fills cavities, potholes, cracks and expansion joints and forms abutments, skirtings and joints. For smoothing the surface, 0.5–1.0 parts of dry sand by volume are added to one part of filler; for filling defects, 2–4 parts. Non-volatile content is at least 99 %, and the material can be worked for up to 30 minutes at air and substrate temperatures from +5 to +25 °C.

Flat trowels; “neat” or with dry sand (fraction 0.1-0.4 mm): by volume 0.5-1.0 part sand to 1 part filler for smoothing, 2-4 parts for filling defects. Working time not more than 30 minutes.
