WETISOL I-5107 FG — polyurethane injection with adjustable reaction
Two-component polyurethane resin for soil stabilisation and sealing of joints and service penetrations; the reaction time is set by an accelerator.

The waterproofing properties are built into the concrete itself: WETISOL INSEAL 180 GP is added to the concrete mixer or truck mixer and mixed for 5–10 min. The water-based admixture forms crystals that close pores and microcracks up to 0.4 mm, raises the watertightness grade by at least 3 W steps, preserves vapour permeability and protects the reinforcement. It is used in residential, public and industrial buildings, hydraulic structures and wastewater treatment plants, filters, tanks and concrete products. It is compatible with plasticising and anti-freeze admixtures and is supplied in 10 and 20 kg canisters.
| Manufacturer | Wetisol (INGRI) — OOO “Ingri” |
|---|---|
| Type | waterproofing material |
| Use | foundations and basements, tanks and pools, hydraulic structures and dams |
| Base | water-based crystalline waterproofing admixture for concrete mixes: a set of water-soluble compounds, surfactants, high-molecular organic compounds |
| Colour | viscous green liquid |
| Packaging | 10 kg and 20 kg canisters |
| Application method | added to the concrete mix at the batching stage: ready to use, when added to the concrete mixer (truck mixer) mix for 5–10 min, placing according to the rules for concrete works; makes it possible to dispense with additional waterproofing; compatible with plasticising, anti-freeze and other admixtures; effective only in cement-containing materials (weakly — in concretes with microsilica and polymer concretes, not applicable to gypsum and lime mortars) |
| Key properties | increase in the watertightness grade of treated concrete compared with untreated concrete by at least 3 W steps (with W ≤ 10 for control samples; per the TU method); crystals close pores and microcracks up to 0.4 mm; retains vapour permeability; increases strength by reducing the water-cement ratio; increases the corrosion resistance of concrete and protects the reinforcement; service in the pH range 3–14 |
| Consumption | 0.8–1.0% of the cement weight in the concrete mix or 4 kg per 1 m³ of concrete |
| Shelf life | 18 months from the date of manufacture indoors at −50…+50 °C in sealed packaging; freezes at 0…−2.5 °C — thaw gradually (heating through the container up to +50 °C is permitted) and stir |
| Standards | TU 24.66.47-096-94613022-2021 |
