TECHNONICOL waterstops for construction joints EC-220, EC-320-4, IC-240-2, IC-240-6
TECHNONICOL waterstops of plasticised PVC protect construction and working joints of monolithic reinforced concrete structures against damp, moisture and water under pressure — in underground parts of buildings, metro systems, and road, railway and hydraulic tunnels. The external profiles EC-220 and EC-320-4 also compartmentalise polymer membrane waterproofing, while IC-240-2 and IC-240-6 are installed as internal ones. The parts are joined by welding — with an electromagnetic plate at 450 °C or a hand-held hot-air gun. Elongation at break is 300%, at −20 °C — 200%, the service range is from −40 to +70 °C.
