Kristallizol Gidroplomba is needed to shut off a pressurised leak through a crack, joint or service opening within a few minutes. The leak area is chased out and washed, the mix is combined with water at room temperature, stirred for 30 s, rolled into a ball and driven into the hole, holding it there for 3–5 min. The compound sets in 3 min, is resistant to aggressive media and is fire-safe. After the water is stopped, the hole is additionally waterproofed with Kristallizol Shovny.
