Kristallizol Elast elastic coating needs no separate plasticising component: the dry mix is combined with water, and the finished light grey layer resembles rough rubber. It is applied with a spatula or brush only onto a dry substrate outside and inside structures with minor dynamic loads, including on metal, in bathrooms and saunas. The coating withstands water pressure of 1.4 MPa on the positive side and 0.8 MPa on the negative side, elongates by 10 %, and its frost resistance is at least 200 cycles. The mix is not affected by frost during storage and transport, but anti-freeze admixtures must not be added to it.
