KO-813 Elcon — silver heat-resistant enamel up to +500 °C, one- and two-component
Elcon produces KO-813 in two versions. The two-component version per GOST 11066-74 is mixed from KO-815 varnish and PAP-2 aluminium powder in a ratio of 94 : 6; it dries on heating and is usable for 8 h after mixing; the one-component version per TU 2312-010-49222195-2012 dries to degree 3 at 20 °C. Both versions give a silver coating for steel structures and equipment that works from −60 °C to +500 °C without primer.
