Pakol Epoks I — epoxy injection compound for cracks and voids
This two-component low-viscosity epoxy-based compound is injected through packers into internal cracks and voids to restore the monolithic integrity of concrete; it is also used to bond structural elements. The material is designed for cracks with an opening of 0.1–0.8 mm in columns, beams and floors of industrial buildings and is produced taking into account the requirements of GOST 33762-2016 (group AS). After 1 day the compressive strength is 65.0 MPa, adhesion to metal at 7 days is at least 10.0 MPa, and the pot life at +22 °C is 90–120 min.
