LAKHTA R-245 — structural polyurethane resin for crack injection
Rigid low-viscosity polyurethane resin for bonding cracks and joints and restoring the load-bearing capacity of concrete; 80 MPa compressive.
Cracks that have broken the monolithic integrity of a structure are filled with a low-viscosity resin pumped in through packers. As it cures, the resin bonds the crack faces and restores the load-bearing capacity of concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry.
Water-reactive foams and resins from the Waterproofing section will help stop water actively leaking through a crack. In your request, state how wide and deep the cracks are, whether there is water in them and whether movement of the structure is expected.
Rigid low-viscosity polyurethane resin for bonding cracks and joints and restoring the load-bearing capacity of concrete; 80 MPa compressive.
Low-viscosity epoxy resin for injecting cracks 0.1–0.8 mm wide through packers in columns, beams and floors; adhesion to concrete from 3.0 MPa.
Two-component low-viscosity epoxy resin for elastic bonding of structures with crack widths of 0.3–5 mm; elongation at break 30 %.
Two-component epoxy injection resin for filling cracks and pores in concrete and masonry and restoring load-bearing capacity; compression from 70 MPa.
