Profskrin IE2 E is a two-component elastic epoxy resin of low viscosity: for the mix at 20 °C it is 300 mPa·s. It is used to bond structures with cracks from 0.3 to 5 mm wide, restoring monolithic integrity, strength and impermeability; the material is also suitable for priming. The components are mixed in a ratio of 5:1 by weight, pot life at 20 °C is 30 minutes, elongation at break 30 %, and it can be applied at temperatures from −5 to +25 °C.
