Innolayn NC620 R — ultra-rapid-hardening R4 grout for fast-track installation
The ultra-rapid-hardening Innolayn NC620 R is designed for installing industrial equipment within tight deadlines: after 2 hours compressive strength reaches 10 MPa, after 24 hours 30 MPa, after 28 days 60 MPa. This R4 grout to GOST R 56378 is also used to install anchors and reinforcing bars, for monolithic joining of joints and to fix concrete and timber sleepers and short sleepers in track concrete. The aggregate is fine, 0.16 mm, bond to the substrate from 2.5 MPa, workability is retained for 10–15 minutes.
