Cementitious grouts

Sub-zero temperatures from −25 to −10 °C are the working range of the Innolayn NC40 RF3 grout, class R4. At −25 °C it reaches at least 15 MPa in compression after 6 hours, 25 MPa after 24 hours and 50 MPa by 28 days. The grout is used for installation of industrial equipment, grouting under column bases, monolithic joining of joints, installation of anchors and repair of concrete by pouring; for the first 24 hours it is protected from draughts and cooling with thermal insulation mats.
