Gidrobeton Nalivnoy-1 — pourable grout with fine crushed stone

Gidrobeton Nalivnoy-1 is a pourable rheoplastic mix based on Portland cement with fine crushed stone up to 10 mm and polypropylene fibre. It is used for high-precision grouting of bearing parts of equipment and steel structures, concrete encasement of precast reinforced concrete, installation of anchors and fixing of rebar, and repair of hydraulic and transport structures. The mix is poured into formwork continuously from one side; after 1 day it reaches at least 25 MPa, after 28 days 70 MPa, and watertightness W18 is achieved on the 7th day.

ManufacturerKalmatron — OOO “Kalmatron-SPb”, Saint Petersburg
Typecementitious grouts
Useequipment foundations, anchoring of rebar and bolts, columns and beams, hydraulic structures and dams, tanks and treatment plants
Basedry mix: Portland cement, mineral aggregates (fine crushed stone) and fillers, polypropylene fibre, a complex of patented chemically active reagents; pourable rheoplastic self-compacting mix; maximum aggregate size 10 mm
Colourgrey (dry mix with fine crushed stone)
Packagingbags of (25±0.25) kg
Application methodpouring into formwork: high-precision grouting of bearing parts of equipment and steel structures, concrete encasement of precast reinforced concrete structures, installation of anchors and fixing of rebar, repair and new construction (hydraulic engineering structures, transport infrastructure, high-rise buildings); the substrate must be clean and sound: remove plaster, paint, whitewash, loose and delaminated concrete down to “sound” concrete (with a rotary hammer), dust, dirt and oils; clean exposed rebar of concrete around its full circumference for 20 mm and of rust; saturate the surface with water, remove the excess with a rag (together with the formwork), remove excess water with a rag or compressed air; pour the mix into the measured water at a rate of 160–165 ml of water per 1 kg (4.0–4.2 l per 25 kg), mixing with a mixer for 3–5 min; adding water is prohibited; remix before pouring, pour continuously from one side so as not to trap air; under equipment — a gap of 20–50 mm between the foundation and the support
Application temperaturemortar and substrate not below +5 °C (in cold weather — warm water not above +35 °C)
Curingformwork removal no earlier than 12 h after the end of pouring; moist curing for 3 days: wet with water every 3–4 h starting immediately after setting; protect from direct sun, rapid drying, draughts, temperature fluctuations and rain
Key propertiescompressive strength after 1 day at least 25.0 MPa, after 7 days at least 50.0 MPa, after 28 days at least 70.0 MPa (GOST 310.4-81); flexural strength at least 8.0 MPa; bond strength to substrate 2.5 MPa (GOST 31356-2007); watertightness after 7 days W18 (GOST 12730.5); cone slump P5 (GOST 10181-2014); W/S 0.16; working life of the mortar at least 40 min; water retention at least 95.0 % (GOST 5802-86); water absorption by volume 6.0 %; maximum aggregate size 10 mm; service temperature -60…+130 °C
Shelf life6 months in undamaged original packaging; covered dry room, air humidity no more than 70 %, not below +5 °C
