Fayreks-700 (fire-resistant mastic) for fire protection systems (KrilaK)
Fire-resistant mastic — the adhesive base for Termal coating and for structural fire protection with boards and mats on air ducts and metal.
The “M” modification is designed for harsh conditions: air ducts at NPPs, chemical plants and fuel and energy facilities, with service temperatures from −50 to +90 °C. The system includes a compound on an inorganic binder, a reinforcing mesh of mineral fibre and Akrilak Finish or Akrilak Universal protective-decorative enamel. The fire resistance rating is REI up to 90, and up to 180 in combination with Teplon-SP. The coating is resistant to ionising radiation and aggressive gases, adheres to galvanised and stainless steel and is applied without primer.
