Latik-KD (fire-retardant varnish composition) for glued laminated timber (KrilaK)
Latik-KD is a varnish fire protection option for load-bearing glulam structures: the product is compatible with the adhesive compositions of glued laminated beams. The system includes Latik-KD fire-retardant varnish on water-soluble resins and Zashchita protective-decorative varnish; the coating is clear. It withstands humidity up to 100 % and alternating temperatures; fire protection performance is group I, KM1. The service life is at least 20 years, and the varnish is stored at +5 to +40 °C.
