Cable tunnels with possible flooding and structures with humidity up to 100 % are the conditions NEOFLAME 519 K was created for. The two-component coating is hydrophobic and elastic, withstands rain as soon as 60 minutes after application at +20 °C, and is resistant to petroleum products, acids and alkalis at concentrations up to 25 %. The operating range is from −60 to +100 °C; in KhL1 and UKhL1 climates with type II atmosphere the service life is at least 10 years. The compound is repairable, complies with GOST R 53311 and is also used on reinforced concrete and composites.
