Rebar protection and bonding primers

Before the repair mortar is placed, exposed rebar is cleaned of corrosion products and coated with a protective product, and the concrete substrate gets a bonding coat that links old concrete with the new material. These products are designed to work with cementitious repair mortars.

• one-component primers with corrosion inhibitors, including grades for concrete with chlorides and rebar close to the surface;
• cement-polymer mixes serving both as an anticorrosion coating for steel and as a bonding layer on concrete;
• an elastic polymer-cement coating for rebar in structures under dynamic loads;
• cementitious bonding products that prepare the surface for high-strength repair mortars;
• a thixotropic epoxy adhesive and sealant for joints, cracks and bonding in rebar.

It is convenient to take the protective product of the same brand as the repair mortar. State in your request which material the repair will use, and we will offer a compatible item.
