Fire protection of steel structures

DEKOTERM from NPP DEKO is a single-component acrylic intumescent paint on a water-dispersion binder for steel structures. The maximum fire resistance rating is 120 minutes; EAEU certificates have been issued for R45, R60 and R90. In the open atmosphere and moderately aggressive environments the coating is used only with a finish coat; the operating range is from −60 to +60 °C. The paint is applied at +5…+40 °C and must not be allowed to freeze; the service life of the coating is at least 25 years.
