KO-08 Elcon — polyorganosiloxane heat-resistant varnish up to +350 °C
Among the Elcon varnishes in our catalogue, KO-08 withstands the highest heat: its polyorganosiloxane base works from −60 °C to +350 °C. It is used for protective painting of metal, concrete, glass and ceramics — the coating is water-repellent, frost- and corrosion-resistant — and also as a base for making enamels, including KO-88. It is applied by spraying, roller, brush or dipping; it dries to degree 3 in 1 h at 100 °C.
