Thixotropic repair mortars

Structural repair of high-strength concrete structures is the purpose of Profskrin RC60, class R4. It differs from the grades for ordinary concrete by faster strength gain: at least 30 MPa in compression in the first 24 hours and from 60 MPa by 28 days, with flexural strength of 4 and 8 MPa respectively. Aggregate size 3 mm, bond to the substrate from 2 MPa, water impermeability W16, service temperature from −60 to +80 °C.
