Concrete floor repair

Remosil is mixed with quartz sand to produce either a smooth levelling layer or a highly filled repair mortar for potholes and spalls. The compound is used as an intermediate layer under Epolast, Polimerstoun-2 and enamels, under linoleum, parquet and tiles, and also as a standalone anti-slip coating. Solvent-free and non-flammable, it is permitted in food and pharmaceutical facilities; finishing and use are possible after 24 h.

Mix A+B with quartz sand 0.1–0.4 mm in a ratio of 1:0.5 (smooth layer up to 5 mm) or 0.8–1.2 mm 1:1 (repair layer 5–20 mm); notched trowel, squeegee, steel trowel, spiked roller; pot life 45–60 min.
