LEVL RemTixo Grout 400 SF — ultra-fast pourable repair compound, class R4
Pourable non-shrink mix for concrete repair and grouting of equipment foundations; 8 MPa compressive strength after just one hour.

Before a polymer coating is laid, an uneven or porous substrate, including one after shot blasting, is levelled with LEVL Coat 008 epoxy filler. The thixotropic paste with quartz filler closes pores, cracks and potholes and evens out the colour of the substrate. It is applied with a flat steel trowel as a scrape coat over LEVL Coat 101 or 108 primer; it must not be thinned with solvent. Adhesion to the substrate is at least 2.5 MPa, service from −25 to +60 °C; 33 kg kit.
