OGNEZA-UM-D fire-retardant paint (incl. for facades)
Solvent-borne fire-retardant paint for timber and concrete indoors and on facades; fire protection performance groups I and II, class KM1.

On roofs, OGNEZA-OKM is used to form fire breaks, as well as around the perimeter of smoke exhaust elements and skylights. The black one-component paste on a polymer binder with fire retardants protects the bituminous or acrylic waterproofing layer, seams and joints; the coating is non-combustible per GOST 30244, class KM0. The mastic can be applied from −20 °C, but not during precipitation. It is incompatible with a number of PVC and TPO membranes, so the roofing material must be checked in advance. The service life is at least 15 years.
