TSINEP 80 — epoxy zinc-rich primer, level 2 per SSPC Paint 20
A version of TSINEP with at least 80 % zinc — the primer coat of epoxy and polyurethane systems for steel structures and bridges.

Paired with PLAMCOR-2, this material forms combined fire protection of steel structures for premises and locations under a canopy (placement categories 2, 3, 4 per GOST 15150). PLAMCOR-602 is a thermal insulation composition based on acrylic and chlorinated resins, structurally a syntactic foam; it is one-pack and requires no mixing of components. It is applied at temperatures from −15 to +30 °C. Service life of the system with PLAMCOR-2 is at least 25 years in categories 3–4 and at least 10 years in category 2.
