Vetonit remokor L-45 — pourable non-shrink repair mortar, class R4
Class R4 flowable mix for concreting densely reinforced and prestressed structures in formwork where shotcrete is impossible; 45 MPa.

Vetonit remokor N-40 serves for levelling and fine finishing of reinforced concrete and for protecting it against aggressive media. It is a non-shrink fine-grained thixotropic class R3 mortar based on cement, sand up to 0.63 mm and polymer fibre, applied with a trowel or by wet spraying, including on vertical and overhead surfaces. After 28 days the compressive strength is at least 40 MPa, water impermeability W12, frost resistance F₁300; the mortar is used in transport and hydraulic engineering construction.

| Type | thixotropic repair mortars |
| Use | industrial buildings, hydraulic structures and dams |
| Base | dry mix based on cement, graded sand (maximum size 0.63 mm) and special additives with polymer fibre; non-shrink fine-grained thixotropic compound |
| Colour | grey |
| Packaging | three-ply paper bag with a polyethylene middle ply, 25 kg |
| Application method | clean the concrete, remove weak areas (grinding, milling, sandblasting, wet abrasive blasting, shot blasting), wash with pressurised water; clean the rebar and immediately coat it with “Vetonit remokor 05”; dampen the substrate 24 h beforehand and again before the work (matt-damp); water +10…+30 °C, mortar temperature +10…+20 °C; first the minimum amount of water, then the dry mix, mix for 3–5 min with a drill and low-speed paddle or in a concrete mixer, pause 5 min, remix, add the rest of the water if necessary; do not overdose water; mechanically with a plastering machine (wet spraying) or by hand with a trowel; without “remokor 05” a primer coat of the same mortar in a more fluid consistency is mandatory, scrubbed in with a stiff brush, main layer “wet on wet”; smooth with a float after setting; thicker than recommended — in several layers |
| Application temperature | +5…+35 °C (air and substrate) |
| Curing | keep moist, protect from precipitation, sun and wind for 5 days; a film-forming curing compound may be used; for 5 days after the work the air and substrate temperature must not be below +5 °C |
