LEVL Prime Concrete — bonding layer for cement mortars over old concrete
To make new cement mortar bond reliably to old concrete, a LEVL Prime Concrete contact layer is placed between them. The Portland cement dry mix is gauged with water and applied with a trowel or stiff brush, on both dry and damp substrates. Bond strength to the substrate is at least 1.5 MPa, pot life at +20 °C is 60 minutes. The compound is used under LEVL Top WL and CemPol 10; it is produced in grey and white, in 25 kg bags.
