LEVL PoliCem PU 05 — polyurethane-cement primer for PoliCem systems
Laying of PoliCem polyurethane-cement floors starts with priming with LEVL PoliCem PU 05. The three-component material based on modified polyurethane, cement and aggregate seals concrete pores; it is applied with a flat trowel in two coats, filled with quartz sand. Substrate moisture must be no more than 6 % by weight, and the working temperature from +10 to +30 °C. Systems on this primer are used at food and pharmaceutical plants, in livestock farming, the chemical industry, workshops and warehouses.
