Waterstops and swelling profiles

IC-125-2-SP combines two barriers: a PVC strip with asymmetric sealing ribs and a swelling polymer profile factory-fitted along the edges. The waterstop is designed for cold joints at the “foundation slab — wall” and “floor slab — wall” connections of foundations, buried, underground and hydraulic structures. It is fixed to the top layer of slab reinforcement along the axis of the future wall with fixings from the kit, overlaps are welded with hot air, and the swelling profile is kept from getting wet until concreting. Elongation at break is 300%, service temperatures are from −40 to +70 °C.
