PLAMCOR-302 epoxy fire-retardant paint (VMP)
Epoxy intumescent compound for fire protection of steel structures in a cellulosic fire, including in the open industrial atmosphere.

A high-solids, surface-tolerant epoxy primer: it is applied over tightly adhering rust as well as over stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, fibreglass, carbon fibre and concrete. It is intended for the underwater and above-water parts of ships with an unrestricted navigation area and for hydraulic structures; the coating is resistant to sea and fresh water, crude oil and petroleum products with temperature changes from −50 to +60 °C. It serves as a primer under VINIKOR-marin, VINIKOR-62, POLITON-UR (UV) enamels and as an adhesion layer under antifouling compounds; under intense ultraviolet the surface chalks.
