KhV-0278 Elcon — anticorrosion primer-enamel over rust
KhV-0278 primer-enamel makes it possible to paint steel structures and equipment without removing tightly adherent rust: it is enough to remove loose rust and degrease the surface. The material is one-component, based on synthetic resins, and works as a stand-alone coating or as a primer under a decorative topcoat; a stripe coat is applied to welds and edges. Painting is permitted from −20 °C to +40 °C, and the service life of the coating is up to 5 years.
