Thixotropic repair mortars

Profskrin RC45 F, the winter version of the mortar for B30–B40 concrete, is placed at temperatures from −10 to +10 °C by hand or by machine, including on vertical and overhead surfaces. After application an above-zero temperature is maintained for 3 days by means of protective enclosures, and the mix stays workable for 10–15 minutes. The mortar is class R4: from 20 MPa in compression after 24 hours and from 45 MPa after 28 days, water impermeability W16.
