CarbonWrap® Tape 300 carbon tape (300/150, 300/300, 300/600) — external reinforcement

Composite strengthening

The CarbonWrap Tape 300 series comprises three tapes with identical properties that differ only in roll width: 150, 300 or 600 mm. It is a unidirectional carbon material on 12K or 24K yarn with a hot-melt adhesive thread in the weft; the tensile strength of the fibre is more than 4.9 GPa, the modulus of elasticity more than 230 GPa. In the CarbonWrap strengthening system the tape works after impregnation with CarbonWrap Resin epoxy saturating resin and bonding to columns and beams according to the design layout.
