KL-2 fire-protective coating for polymers and composites (KrilaK)
Solvent-borne fire-protective coating for products made of PVC, PE, carbon fibre and fibreglass plastics; fire hazard class KM1.
The Joker-VO coating is moisture-resistant even without a topcoat and withstands acids, alkalis, fuels and lubricants, so it is used at industrial and civil facilities in the open atmosphere. The base is fillers with inorganic additives in an organic film-former solution; the colour is light grey. It is applied at temperatures down to −15 °C, and the fire resistance rating is R up to 90. Transport and storage involve no temperature restrictions; the service life is at least 15 years.
