Polyurethane floors

This two-component enamel contains no organic solvents, does not smell during application and is suitable for work in operating premises. In a single coat it forms a glossy textured coloured coating on concrete, sand-cement, levelling compounds, tile, wood and metal primed with “Elakor” primers. Film elongation is at least 30 %, Shore D hardness 45–55, service temperature from −60 to +80 °C; according to the technical data sheet, the material is permitted for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

On surfaces prepared and primed with “Elakor” primers: concrete, sand-cement, levelling compounds, tile, brick, slate; wood, parquet, plywood, fibreboard, particleboard; metal. Applied in 1 coat with adjustment of consumption (thickness): medium-pile rollers (12-14 mm nap), brushes, airless spraying. Concrete at least M200, cured for at least 28 days, moisture not more than 4 wt%, relative air humidity not more than 80%, dew point +3°C.
